Why the WOW Hub exists
After more than 25 years working across mental health services, psychological therapies and private practice, I repeatedly saw people falling into the same gap. Some couldn’t access therapy when they needed it. Others wanted support but didn’t know where to start. Many found online wellbeing support impersonal, overwhelming or difficult to use when life already felt hard.
I wanted to create something different. A place where people could access support immediately. A platform that felt human rather than robotic — combining professional knowledge with warmth, flexibility and real-life practicality.
The WOW Hub was created to provide therapist-led support that people can access whenever they need it, revisit at their own pace, and use alongside coaching or therapy if additional support feels helpful.

For more than 25 years, I’ve worked with people experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress, burnout, trauma and many of life’s other challenges. During that time one thing became increasingly clear: many people were struggling to access support that felt both helpful and human.
Some faced long waiting lists. Others weren’t sure where to start. Many found online wellbeing tools impersonal or difficult to connect with when life already felt hard. I believed there had to be a better way.
Most people are not broken. They are often overwhelmed, exhausted, stuck, or trying to navigate difficult experiences without the understanding or support they need.
