Why Wealth of Wellbeing exists

After years working across NHS services, psychological therapies and private practice, I repeatedly saw people falling into the same gap. Some couldn’t access therapy when they needed it. Others wanted support but didn’t know where to start. Many found digital wellbeing tools impersonal, overwhelming or difficult to use when life already felt hard.

Wealth of Wellbeing was created to offer something different — structured support that feels calm, practical and human, practical tools people can return to, and clear pathways to additional support when needed.
